Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

A: We’re happy, if you’re happy! It’s quick and easy to return!
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the time you received the item.  In order to return an item please e-mail at and request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization.) Returns are only acceptable for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging & tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. All Returns are based on buyer contact.  All refunds are made using the same payment method in which they were received. Since shipping is free within the USA, the shipping charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund. In a case in which the package returned to us as refused the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?

A: It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the NewYorkSpeed Office.
Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account

Q: Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

A: Yes!
If an item you order from goes on sale on New York Speed INC within 10 days of your original purchase, just contact us anytime during that 10 day time frame and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original method of payment.

Q: I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?

A: We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order.
The selection on is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment.  Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item.  Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.  If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart. 

Q: Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

A: No.
At this time does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?

A: New York Speed, Inc. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California
If you are shipping to that state, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

A: All popular methods. currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bill Me Later, PayPal and Google Checkout for all orders.



Q: How long it takes for my order to get shipped out?

A: Domestic:
We will ship your item within one to two (1-2) business days of clearing payment.  Shipping with tracking is FREE within the USA.
A: International shipping:
We will ship your item within one to two (1-2) business days of clearing payment.  We ship products using USPS and or FedEx; therefore International shipping can take up to 30 days for your item to be delivered. Please do not ask for a specific carrier, we are always striving to keep the shipping charges to a minimum. We combine orders. Please contact your local customs office for details on how to claim your items if your package has been delayed for longer than 15 days above normal delivery time.  Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees.



Q: What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

A: Please double check the credit card number, expiration date on your card and shipping address must much your billing address.
