Even thou shipping is free within the USA, the shipping chargeswe paid to ship the item to you will be deducted from the refund. In caseyou refuse the package and it gets back to us, the shipping back to us feeswill be deducted from the refund as well, since we are being charged forit. 

When you send the item back, please add a note with your RMA #(will be provided by us) and write down if you are returning or exchanging.
