Return Policy

We’re happy, if you’re happy! It’s quick and easy to return!

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the time you received the item.  In order to return an item please e-mail at sales@newyorkspeed.com and request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization.)

Returns are only acceptable for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging & tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

All Returns are based on buyer contact.  All refunds are made using the same payment method in which they were received.

Since shipping is free within the USA, the shipping charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund. In a case in which the package returned to us as refused the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

When you send the item back, please add a note with your RMA # (will be provided by us) and please indicate whether you are returning or exchanging.
